Ingredients Flour, taco-sized tortillas Taste of the South S’mores Dip Peanut butter, creamy or crunchy Milk chocolate chocolate chips Chocolate sauce or syrup Butter Instructions Spread peanut butter and s’mores dip on opposite sides of a quesadilla and top with chocolate chips. Fold the quesadilla in half. Warm a sauté pan on medium heat and melt just enough butter to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook both sides of the quesadilla until golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, slice and drizzle with chocolate sauce or syrup.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Once you boil the noodles, this savory - and spicy - dish comes together in just 10 to 15 minutes. While you could absolutely use chicken sausage or even shredded chicken, we went with some jalapeno cheese metts we had left over from our July 4th party. The dip, the sausage and the peppers made this a bright (and surprisingly fresh) easy, filling and affordable dinner. Ingredients 1 Box of “Salad Rainbow Twirls” or your preferred rotini noodles. 1 Container of Taste of the South Dips’ Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Popper Dip 1 Orange Pepper, sliced 1 Green Pepper (optional), sliced 1 Onion, minced 1 Protein (we used two jalapeno cheese metts), chopped to be bite sized 2 tbsp of butter or oil Instructions Boil noodles to desire texture, strain and set aside. Melt butter or heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the pepper slices and cook until slightly charred. Add your protein and continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add your strained noodles, cook until warm. Add your dip and stir until melty and well incorporated. Serve and enjoy!</image:caption>

We love that at holidays, potlucks, summer picnics, brunches… but we’re also a little bored of our usual recipe and we’re always a little bit worried about keeping those puppies chilled in the dog days of summer. If you’re feeling the same way, you have to try mixing the egg yolks with our Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese instead! Check this out: Ingredients Eggs Taste of the South Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese Dip (Yes, that’s literally all.) Instructions Start with your preferred amount of hard boiled eggs. We found that one container of our Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese was enough for about a dozen eggs. If you don’t have a tried-and-true way to hard boil your eggs, we like these instructions: https://www.thepioneerwoman.com/food-cooking/recipes/a79067/easy-to-peel-eggs/. Once your eggs are hard boiled, peel them, slice them long ways, remove the yolks and put those yolks in a large bowl. Use a fork to cream the yolks and then mix in your Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese Dip to your desired consistency. Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the eggs halves and serve! You can top them with shredded cheese and/or paprika, but we liked them as two-ingredient wonders because of the complex flavors of the dip. Panko, roughly 1/4 cup per chicken breast. Taste of the South Fried Pickle and Ranch Dip. 1/4 Cup of Avocado Oil. Instructions Preheat 1/4 cup of avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Spread a thin layer of Fried Pickle and Ranch Dip onto one side of the trimmed, defrosted chicken. Press the layer covered in dip into a bowl of panko breading until the one side is evenly covered. When the oil is hot, place the chicken - panko-side down - into the oil. When browned, flip the chicken over and continue cooking. When chicken reaches 165 degrees, remove it from the heat, let cool slightly and enjoy!</image:caption>

Instructions Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Preheat a cast-iron skillet in the hot oven. Remove the HOT skillet from the oven and place it on a burner set to high heat. Sear both sides of the steak for roughly 2 minutes. Leave the steak in the cast-iron skillet and return it the hot oven until you’ve reached your desired internal temperature. While the steak cooks, slice your avocado, drain your corn and warm your tortillas. Remove the skillet from the oven, set it on a cooling rack and cover the pan - with steak still on it - with foil. Let the steak rest for least 5 minutes. Slice the steak thin and against the grain. Spread about 2 teaspoons of Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Dip into your warmed tortillas.       <image:caption>If you’re looking for a crowd pleaser, this is it! We’ve served these as appetizers, enjoyed them as late night snacks and even called them lunch a couple of times. At least they check off a few food groups, right? Seriously, these are so creamy and delicious - you have to give them a shot. Ingredients 4 medium/large potatoes 1 Container of Taste of the South Dips Nashville Hot Chicken Dip Cheese Bacon bits (or cooked, crumbled bacon) Sour cream Instructions Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Wash and season exterior of the potatoes with garlic salt and pepper. Use a form to poke three to four sets of holes on each potato to allow steam to escape. Bake potatoes for roughly an hour or until soft. Let cool slightly and then cut in half, length wise. Use a spoon to scoop out about half of the inside of the potatoes. Put 1 tspn (or more, to taste) of our Nashville Hot Chicken Dip in the new cavity of each potato. Top with cheese and bacon bits. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and enjoy! Hot Tip: if you use pre-made empty potato skins (available in some grocery freezer section) and precooked bacon, you can pull this recipe together in less than 10 minutes!</image:caption>

Ingredients 1 Box of Small Shells Pasta (sometimes called Salad Shells) 1 Cup of Shredded Gouda Cheese 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup of Milk 1/2 Cup of Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Dip 1/2 Cup of Butter 1/4 Cup of Flour Instructions Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta to al dente according to the instructions on the box (brands are slightly different). Once slightly soft, drain and set aside. Melt butter in a medium-hot pan and add flour to make a roux, mixing continuously. When flour and butter are well combined, add milk and stir until hot. Add Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Dip and stir until melted and combined. Slowly add both shredded cheeses to make a sauce - you can add slightly more or less cheese to get the sauce consistency you like. Once melted, mix in your drained pasta and stir until well combined. Pour noodles and cheese sauce into cast-iron pan. Top with panko crumbs and butter. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.</image:caption>

This Taste of the South Dips Smokehouse Beef Brisket Grilled Cheese combines the unique char flavors of a campfire with the ooey, gooey goodness of a tasty grilled cheese. Ingredients Two Slices of Bread Butter Two Slices of Cheese Taste of the South Dips Smokehouse Beef Brisket Cast Iron Pie Iron Knife Instructions Start your campfire! Once you have a good burn going, butter one side of two slices of bread. Place one slide, butter side down, in the pie iron. Top with cheese and Taste of the South Dip’s Smokehouse Beef Brisket. Place the second piece of bread, butter side up, on top (like you would a grilled cheese) and close the pie iron. Place the pie iron over the campfire. Flip after about one minute. Open the iron and check to make sure you have a slight char on the bread. If the grilled cheese is finished cooking, remove it from the pie iron (CAREFULLY, THE IRON WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT) and enjoy! If the grilled cheese is not fully cooked, return it to the heat in 30-second intervals. Once it gets going, it will cook very quickly.       <image:caption>If you’re a regular camper - or perhaps a current or former Scout - then you know s’mores almost qualify as a food group. Unfortunately they just aren’t the same in the microwave (even with that Hershey’s kit) and it’s not always feasible to light up a fire for a quick dessert. These Chocolate-Covered Fireside S’Mores Dip Graham Cracker Sandwiches require a little more work than 15 seconds in the microwave, but they are amazingly good and different enough from a classic s’more that you won’t be left wishing for that signature char on a perfect marshmallow. Ingredients Graham crackers, broken in half as pictured. Melting Chocolate, chocolate chips or chocolate bars. Taste of the South Fireside S’Mores Dip. Parchment paper. Instructions Spread the Taste of the South Fireside S’Mores Dip onto one side of half of the graham crackers and top them with the remaining crackers to make long sandwiches. Melt the chocolate on medium-heat in the microwave, stirring frequently to avoid burning. When just smooth enough to spread, remove from the microwave. Dip your cracker sandwiches in the melted chocolate (or drizzle, if if you’re having trouble). Set the sandwiches on the parchment paper and leave them to cool and dry. Since our Taste of the South Fireside S’Mores Dip requires refrigeration and the graham crackers will get soggy after a couple of hours, we recommend enjoying these soon after making them.       <image:caption>This easy pull-apart recipe is great with lots of different kinds of fillings, but it’s awesome with our easy-to-enjoy Taste of the South Smoked Carnitas Street Taco Dip. Just grab an edge piece, dip and enjoy! We made ours in an 8-inch pan, but you can use a pie pan, round cake pan or larger frying pan to suit your needs - just adjust the cook time! Ingredients Jalapenos (two should be enough) Cheese curds or small cheese cubs Package of roll-out refrigerated pizza dough Shredded cheese Cheese square or tortillas for the top design *If you don’t like jalapenos, you can make these with just cheese! Instructions Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees. Cut the stems off your jalapenos and cut them into small slices. Roll out the pizza dough into a large sheet and use a pizza cutter to make strips that are roughly 2 inch wide by 2.5 inches long. Place a cheese cube or curb and one jalapeno slice into each square and press the dough closed around the filling so it forms a ball. Line the outside of a greased pan with the balls. You can use a cookie cutter to keep them at the edge of the pan. Bake until golden brown. Remove from the oven and spoon the Taste of the South Smoked Carnitas Street Taco Dip into the center and top with shredded cheese. Return to the oven just until the cheese is melted. Cut the cheese square into triangles and use them to decorate the top like a pumpkin. Remove, let cool just slightly and enjoy. If you have extra dip, it’s great with tortilla chips!</image:caption>
