Pimento Cheese and Ham Sliders

These pimento cheese and ham sliders are the perfect appetizer to serve during any party. This mouthwatering recipe uses Taste of the South Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese but Lowcountry Pimento Cheese works just as well! These sliders are the perfect combination of savory and cheesy flavors, with a touch of sweetness from the ham. Ingredients

  1. Hawaiian dinner rolls

  2. 1/2 lb thinly sliced deli ham

  3. 1 Cup Lowcountry Pimento Cheese or Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese

  4. 6 Tbsp Butter

  5. 2 Tbsp brown sugar

  6. 1 Tbsp yellow mustard

  7. 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  8. 2 Tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease a 9x13 pan.

  3. Cut Kings Hawaiian Rolls in half and place bottoms inside the pan.

  4. Spread Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese and thin layers of ham. Then add the tops back on.

  5. Microwave butter and mix in brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, and poppy seeds.

  6. Pour mixture over top of the sliders.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden.

  8. Serve and Enjoy!
