Vanilla Cream Cheese Fruit Pizza

Looking for a fresh, light dessert everyone will love? Fruit pizza is a hit at every barbecue and, because you can make it early and stick it in the fridge, you don’t have to make your house a thousand degrees running the oven during the party.

Ingredients

  1. 1 roll of premade sugar cookie dough

  2. 1 baking sheet (9-inch round or 7x11)

  3. Taste of the South Vanilla Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

  4. Fruit of our your choice, sliced into small bites. We recommend berries, pineapple and kiwi. Avoid fruit that’s overly watery (like watermelon) or will brown fast (like bananas and apples).

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease your cookie sheet lightly.

  3. Spread the cookie down to the edge of the pan and press evenly until the dough is about the thickness of a sugar cookie.

  4. Cook the dough for 12 to 15 minutes or until just barely brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and cool.

  6. Top cooled cookie with Taste of the South Vanilla Cream Cheese Fruit Dip.

  7. Add fruit and chill until ready to eat!
